  • CAN I BOOK A CONSULTATION?

    Yes, you can book a consultation and visit the studio Roudolf is based in.

    Note: If you come to the studio without booking a consultation, he might be too occupied and unable to talk to you.

  • WHAT ARE ROUDOLF RATES?

    It's important to keep in mind that pricing may differ based on the complexity of the design.

    Full Day starts at 10:00 and ends at 18:00.

    Half day Starts At 10:00 and finishes at 14:00

    Please bear in mind that designing, stencilling and sizing prep all counts as tattoo time.

  • HOW DO I REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT?

    You can request an appointment in many ways. Direct messaging Roudolf on social media (Instagram, Facebook) or via email at info@roudolfdimovart.com

    Please feel free to reach him in a way that's best for you.

    Note: When contacting Roudolf, please include in your inquiry information such as placement, size, any reference photos you have and an explanation about your idea.

  • DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT?

    Yes. We will always require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non refundable but moveable, however 7 days notice is required to retain your deposit.

  • WHEN IS THE DEPOSIT DUE?

    The deposit is due at the time of the booking to secure the appointment.

    Note: Appointments cannot be held without a deposit.

  • HOW DO I SEND MY DEPOSIT?

    Once your appointment date is set, you will receive bank details where you can send your deposit via bank transfer. Please promptly submit your non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment as failure to do so means risking losing your desired date.

  • ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?

    Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable but will go towards the final cost of the tattoo as long as no appointments are missed or cancelled. For example, if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason there will be no additional deposit required if you contacted us at least 7 days before your appointment time. On the other hand, suppose you miss your appointment, cancel or ask to reschedule on short notice, this greatly inconvenience your artist, and you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit. We respect and value your time, and we ask you to do the same with Roudolf’s. See deposit policy for more information.

  • DOES THE DEPOSIT GO TOWARDS THE TATTOO?

    Yes, the deposit will go towards the final cost of the tattoo at the final appointment, as long as no appointments are missed, cancelled or rescheduled on short notice.

  • WILL I BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT IF SOMETHING COMES UP?

    Yes- as long as we are contacted at least 7 days to the appointment.

  • CAN I GIVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

    No, appointments and deposits are non-transferable. Roudolf must approve all projects before they are scheduled. If something comes up and you would like to reschedule, please get in touch as soon as possible.

  • I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT, BUT I WANT SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I SAID I WANTED WHEN I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT - IS THAT OK?

    Roudolf must approve each project before booking. Your appointment and deposit are only for the project that he agreed to at the time of booking. Suppose you later decide that you would like to cancel the initial project, and would instead like something very different than what was agreed upon at the time of booking. Please bear in mind that designs are prepared some time prior to the session. Tattoo projects are taking time and there is a lot of time spent in the creating the project for you. If you would like something completely different In that case, you will risk forfeiting your deposit unless approved. The new project will be made on the day of the appointment and this will count as a tattoo time. In this case we may not be able to finish on the day and that may lead to the need of booking extra tattoo sessions. If your project is a full sleeve-back piece-torso we may not even have time to start tattooing on the day.

  • WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE DESIGN?

    Roudolf is more than happy to work with you on your idea. Once you receive the design based on what was discussed, you can reflect on it and ask for changes if there are things that you don't like. The changes will be made and you will be met on the day of the appointment with the new design. If you require more changes they will be made on the day but this will count as a tattoo time and that may lead to extra sessions needed.

  • I WANT YOU TO DO EXACTLY THE SAME TATTOO LIKE IS ON THE PHOTO CAN YOU DO IT?

    No, Roudolf is only working with custom designs. You are more than welcome to show some reference photos of tattoos that illustrate what you are interested in, but please bear in mind all projects are one offs and solely for each customer.

  • I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT, AND WE AGREE ON A DESIGN. WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE IT?

    Due to the high demand of obligations, designs will be sent a few days before the appointment.

  • HOW MANY TIMES CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN?

    We understand that sometimes it can get a little bit complicated when choosing an artwork that will last forever in your body. Roudolf is more than happy to work with you through your concerns and give the best result possible. However, please make sure you have a clear idea in your mind of what you want. Roudolf will provide you with up to 3 designs if needed. After that, your deposit will be kept, and your tattoo appointment will not take place. We respect and value your time, and we ask that you do the same for Roudolf.

    Note: If your idea stayed the same, but for some reason, Roudolf chose not to tattoo you, your deposit will be refunded.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT? SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING? CAN I BRING A FRIEND? ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?

  • SHOULD I SHAVE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

    Roudolf would prefer if you don’t shave before your appointment as this allows him to get cleaner shave on the day and makes it easier to prepare your skin for the tattoo. It also prevents you from accidentally damaging your skin before your appointment!

  • HOW MUCH MY TATTOO WILL COST?

    Once you make your inquiry, Roudolf will give you a quote for your tattoo.

    Note: Please keep in mind that the quotation you get is an estimate and it may change depends on the final design and size of the tattoo.
